Riesling grapes are selected from vineyards in the Rheingau valley, between Hochheim and Lorch. They are fermented in stainless steel with ageing on fine lees for around one month.
Gently floral aromas with a touch of aromatic spice; stone fruit and ripe pear on the palate with bright, well-integrated limey acidity.
Great with seafood, pork or perhaps fondue!
