Each grape variety is fermented separately at a temperature of 16ºC. After this, it is blended in varying proportions.

Aspect
Shiny yellow with greenish tones.
Aroma
Intense explosion of various sensations, especially floral notes of violets and roses. This wine's powerful primary aromas stand out above the fermentation based aromas which are concentrated and complex.
Taste
Silky palate, smooth yet with body. Its perfume surrounds one, giving one the feeling that you are drinking pure grape juice. The finish is long and harmonious.
