This family Domaine, located right at the heart of Crozes-Hermitage, was set up in 2006. It is run by Edgar and Jocelyne Girard and their son Sebastien. They produce top quality wines by combining traditional winemaking techniques and modern technology. The wines are produced organically with minimal sulphur. Their wines are certified organic from the 2012 vintage.
Young vines 10 to 15 years old cultivated organically.
The wines are produced organically with a 4-day cold soak prior to controlled fermentation and minimal sulphur use. 20% of the wine is matured in oak barrels, the rest in stainless steel.
