Tasting notes

Torrontes is Argentina's signature white grape, this crisp and refreshing Torrontes is a classic example. The nose has fresh and inviting aromas of roses and citrus. On the palate it is complex and refreshing.

Producer note

Matias Riccitelli is the son of renowned winemaker Jorge Riccitelli (Bodegas Norton). Using the experience, knowledge and passion passed down from his father, Matias decided to set up his very own winery in 2009. His vineyards cover 20 hectares located in three selected sites within the premium growing region of Lujan de Cuyo, Mendoza. This is a young and dynamic project in which Matias is seeking to express the full potential of Argentine terroir.

Viticulture

Grapes are hand picked from Matias Riccitelli's vineyard in the upcoming subregion of Gualtallary in Uco Valley. At the winery the grapes are hand sorted before vinification.

Vinification

Grapes are macerated for 8 hours before being fermented in stainless steel tanks with selected yeasts at a controlled temperature of 15C.
