The grapes are sourced from vineyards throughout the Riverina region on vines have been spur pruned. The vine age is varied. Vines are planted roughly 1.8m apart with 3.6m between the rows to allow machinery access.
The grapes were cold fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures to retain the fruity aromatics.
Concentrated, fruity aromas of citrus and melon lead to a soft, delicate palate with gentle hints of oak to add complexity.
