Spring Tasting Ticket - Friday 26 April 2024

We are holding our Spring Tasting in the Ballroom at the Court House in Warwick and will be showing 42 wines from all over the world to suit all tastes and pockets including some interesting wines from Argentina, Spain, Italy, Chile, France and Greece.  There will be experts on hand to guide you through their wines.  We have some delicious new rosé wines and wines for summer drinking including those which will pair well with a barbecue.  There will also be a selection of wine gifts.

Just to whet your appetite here are a few of our favourites lined up for the tasting:

• fabulous new southern French wines
• a pair of new wallet-friendly reds from NW Argentina
• stunning Chenin Blanc from Paarl in South Africa
• a brand new Gran Reserva Carmenère from Chile which makes ideal summer drinking, perhaps with a barbecue
• at some recent tastings we were hugely impressed with some new wave modern style of wines from Rioja
• an interesting and delicious white wine from Calabria
• a fabulous new English rosé ready for some al fresco quaffing
• a duo of interesting Greek wines from indigenous grape varieties 

This is an ideal opportunity to step out of your comfort zone and discover some new wines and to have the reassurance of trying before buying!  

Tickets are priced at £30.00 each with 50% refunded on orders of £175 or more.  The 50% refund will only apply to a maximum of two tickets per order of this value.  Orders can be placed on the night with our order clerks or on our website provided they are placed by midnight on Monday 29 April 2024.  Once the order has been placed and processed we will refund the correct amount onto your payment card.  In case you are concerned that you will not be eligible for the 50% ticket refund if you don't like many of the wines at the tasting, provided that your order includes a minimum of one bottle from the tasting the ticket refund will still apply. 

We are running two sessions and restricting tickets which should allow you more time at the tasting tables.  The times of the sessions are:

17:30 - 19:00 

19:30 - 21:00 

There are a limited number of places available for each of these sessions and they are available on a first come first served basis, so please book as soon as possible.
