An easy drinking red with juicy raspberry and red plum fruit and a hint of mint.
The confidence we have in a supplier of 20 years' standing is mirrored by our customers; you can be sure these wines will not let you down. Made at Yenda, in the heart of Australia's Riverland, at Bob Berton's state-of-the-art winery, using grapes from trusted and skilful growers.
The grapes were sourced from vineyards throughout the Riverina region on vines which have been spur pruned.
All grapes were machine harvested in order to retain the freshness. Fermentation was carried out at 25 to 28°C and a rack and return was performed every three hours. When the ferment was dry the wine was pressed off the skins and transferred to a stainless steel tank, retaining the purity of fruit.
This wine displays peppery, plum and violet characters balanced with subtle oak; a flavoursome wine that is soft and smooth.
Perfect with full flavoured pasta and meat dishes.
