Sourced from selected areas of the Central Valley. Relatively cool short fermentation to preserve fruit aroma with maceration on the skins for only a few days to extract nice colour but minimal tannins. Early bottling to keep the wine's youthful style.
Bursting with red and blackcurrant fruits, this is a really soft and pure Cabernet with gentle tannins and a hint of green pepper on the finish. Cool herby flavours mingle with red fruits and a nice touch of acidity.
Matches well with herby meat dishes, sausages or stuffed baked red peppers
