Montresor Custoza Bio

Part of Montresor's new 'Bio' range of organic, characterful and contemporary wines - a fresh and elegant white from a wine region that's growing in popularity.

Production

A blend of local varieties Garganega, Friulano, Cortese (known here as Bianca Fernanda) and Trebbiano Toscano. The vines are organically cultivated on hillside slopes to the south-east of Lake Garda. After harvesting the grapes are softly crushed and fermented at low temperatures in stainless steel

Tasting Note

Delicate aromas of crunchy pear, fennel and white flower. Ripe golden apple, apricot and tangy citrus characters on the palate, alongside a bright, saline finish
