Anjou Blanc AOP
Grape varieties :
100% Chenin Blanc.
Origin : Loire valley.
Manual harvest, vinification in oak barrels of 400 litres, aged from 2 to 4 years for 12 months. The wine is oak aged on fine lees for 6 months, with a weekly batonnage.
Soil : Schist.
Attractive yellow colour with bright reflections.
It has very intense floral aromas of fern, lime and elderberry.
Nice balance with a pleasant acidity. This wine has a nice aromatic complexity with flavours of dried fruit, elderberry and toast. A very pleasant and long finish.
Perfect with fish in sauce, various seafood, or white meats.
Serving condition in C° : 10°C - 12°C.
