Vibrant Western Cape Sauvignon with zesty, lightly tropical fruit characters balanced by crisp, green apple acidity. Exceptional value.
Hand picked in the early morning, the grapes were softly pressed to tank and settled for 2 days. After a long, cool fermentation the wine stays on its fine lees for 5 months until bottling.
Fresh lime citrus nose, with ripe stone fruit and tropical notes and hint lemon grass. Green apple and ripe citrus characters on the palate with cleansing acidity and a nice streak of minerality on the finish.
