This wine has a perfumed nose with lemon sherbet, hints of stone fruit and flint. The palate is well balanced with delicate lemon, considerable minerality and hints of creamy citrus on the finish. The wine has a generous palate weight.

In The Vineyard
This 100% Pinot Blanc is blended from 80% Pinot Blanc Auxerrois and 20% Pinot Blanc. The grapes are selected from vineyards with diverse soils - limestone, granite, gravel, marl and sandstone - which impart different characters and styles to the overall blend, and harvested by hand and machine, depending on the site.
In The Winery
Produced 'traditionally' by winemaker Jean Michel Lihrmann - pneumatic pressing, temperature controlled fermentation, no fining and light filtration before bottling - all to preserve fruit and aromatic qualities and elegance. His philosophy is to make wines with good acidity and fruit balance.
For any occasion when you want a dry white that is very drinkable; but seafood, fish, salads and entrees would all work too.
Awards & Press
Pinot Blanc is a totally underrated grape variety, as it is so smooth, ripe and enjoyable. Perfect for charming your taste buds, it is also a talented wine when it comes to food matching. Use this as an aperitif wine and serve all manner of spicy nibbles with it and it'll sail through each one. Matthew Jukes- The Wine List 2004
