Canadians have been making wine for over two centuries, but Canada’s modern day success in the production of high quality vinifera-based wines goes back only a quarter century. Canada is justifiably famous for her ice wines and we stock two of them. These wines are really special dessert wines made from grapes which have frozen on the vine and which consequently yield tiny concentrated amounts of juice.
