Our Returns Policy
If a bottle of wine appears to be out of condition, you must notify us within 30 days. We will ask you to send back the bottle with not more than 25% missing.
You can then either choose to have a replacement bottle of the same type sent, or you can choose an alternative bottle from the Wine Poole range. Should the alternative wine be more expensive you will be required to pay the difference.
If a bottle (or bottles) arrive broken, you must notify us within 2 days of delivery. We will require you to return the bottle (or bottles) with all the corks intact. We will then arrange to have a replacement bottle (or bottles) sent to you.
If we've sent the wrong item, please let us know within 2 days of delivery and we will arrange to have the correct item sent to you and the incorrect items collected. Naturally the extra delivery/collection will be at our expense!
If you've ordered the wrong item, you can return it to us (at your cost) and we will send you a replacement. You will be charged the appropriate delivery charge.
If you've ordered more than 6 bottles and you don't like the first one you open, please contact us and we'll arrange to have the remaining bottles collected from you. You can then choose replacement bottles. You will be charged the collection and re-delivery charges. This only applies within 30 days of taking delivery.
In cases where the goods are returned by the courier due to the customers inability to take delivery of the original shipment, Wine Poole reserves the right to charge the customer an administration fee of £15.00 per case returned.
