Designation : Crémant d'Alsace Brut
Vinification : The grapes are harvested by hand at perfect ripeness. This crémant is produced according to the méthode traditionnelle, with the fermentation in the bottle. The long aging in the bottle creates an incomparably delicate perlage and gives the Crémant a special feeling of smoothness.
Soil : The Alsace region comprehends a wide variety of exceptional and unique terroirs.
Colour : Pale yellow, green reflections. Vivid and fine perlage.
Nose : Expressive with notes of white flesh fruits (pear, apple)
Palate : The mouth is filled with delicate bubbles and a delicately fruity freshness with notes of apricot.
Serving condition in C° : 8-12 °C

Cellar potential : 2 to 5 years

Comments : To be consumed during aperitifs, cocktails, receptions and at the end of meals.
