Raspberry and almond flower on the nose, combine with a citrus and honey baked apple on the palate, deliciously complex from over 4 years on yeast lees. Try with smoked trout; salmon canapés or freshly shucked oysters.
About
Made by director/winemaker Simon Day who grew up on an English vineyard and has 25 years’ experience making wine in England and abroad. Simon has recently established the first UK based vine nursery, providing vines to his viticultural clients, in addition to the million he has already had a hand in planting over the years.
