Mimi Pink is a delicate sparkling Wine with persistent bubbles, a good balance of acidity and a bouquet of natural fruits. A natural second fermentation has created subtle toasted bread characters.

A wine to be enjoyed anytime with good friends.

Salmon pink in colour, with a persistent mousse and fine bead. Clean and vibrant aroma of strawberry, vanilla and apple blossom. The palate is delicate with a good acid sugar balance, nice depth of flavour and a pleasant fruity persistence.

Mimi Pink is made using the same grapes that are found in Champagne and by the same method for a period of a minimum of nine months before being disgorged.
