Tasting notes
Brilliant salmon pink rose. Summery gently strawberry notes with a soft mouth structure. The acidity opens out to lift the fruit to deliver a rosé of depth, structure and finesse. Really appealing and so pure – perfect for all occasions.
Producer note
New Hall Vineyard is an English Wine Producer with over 65 hectares of vines and is one of the oldest and largest in the country. It was first established by the Greenwood family, in the Essex village of Purleigh, back in 1969.
Soil
London clay (of Tertiary age) with chalk, concealed below the clay deposits.
Vinification
Short skin contact, followed by cool fermentation in stainless steel.
Grape
Acolon 60%, Pinot Noir 30%, Rondo 10%
