Origin : Just imagine a little piece of paradise between the Mediterranean coast and the foothills of Pyrenees. Here you are in the heart of the Cotes du Roussillon Villages, in the mineral landscape of Tautavel.
Vinification : Separate vinification of each grape variety and then assembly in order to preserve the expression of the terroirs. Cold maceration in thermo-regulated stainless steel tanks gently extract the compounds from the grape skins. Ageing in French oak barrels for 6 to 12 months brings structure and complexity.
Soil : Clay limestone
Colour : Pretty ruby red colour with dark and deep reflections.
Nose : Nice bouquet of small ripe red fruits.
Palate : Silky, fresh and mineral with ripe red fruit aromas complemented by a touch of vanilla. Well balanced with elegant tannins and a long finish.
