Produced by Familia Falasco who own Los Haroldos and who have over 40 years’ experience producing fine wines. They are a top 5 leading Argentine producer located in San Martin (in the East of Mendoza). They own 3,000 hectares of vineyards in many of the prime locations, including vineyards in premier sub-region ‘La Consulta’ in the ‘Uco Valley’ which is 1,100 metres above sea level and offers a perfect micro-climate for producing fresh fruit driven wines. The grapes for this wine are from vineyards situated at 700-1100 m.a.s.l.They have a modern winery with production capacity of 45 million litres of fine wine, and from February to the end of April, it processes 55 million kilos of grapes.
The wine is deep purple in colour with bluish highlights. There is an enticing array of aromas and favours, such as red berries, plums, cherries and raisins with a hint of spice.
An elegant wine offering freshness, rounded ripe tannins and a lingering finish. Perfectly matched with steak, pasta or Mediterranean roasted vegetables
