Tasting Note
A deep ruby medium bodied wine with aromas of violet, cherries, and a touch of toasted oak following onto the palate. Soft tannins and a hint of oaky vanilla, lead to cherry, blackberry and summer fruits into a long dry finish.
Pair with roasted lamb, duck or other game; mushroom risotto; or grilled lobster. Pair with a crispy roast duck, slow roasted lamb, or a rich mushroom dish.
