Tasting Note: A full bodied, rich wine with ripe black fruits flavours supported by rich cherries and juicy plums, there are also hints of violets and vanilla, great texture and long finish
VINIFICATION: Cold maceration for 5 days, followed by fermentation for 28 days at a maximum temperature of 30°C and 100% Malolactic. 15 months ageing in first fill French oak barriques

This is my second purchase and have been completely wowed by this very fruity and luscious wine with tremendous depth. Definitely one to have in reserve for those special occasions.
