The Merlot and Cabernet Franc are mechanically harvested at night whereas the Malbec is harvested manually. The grapes then go through cold pre-fermentation maceration. After the alcoholic fermentation the wines goes through its malolactic conversion. Each grape variety is vinified separately before the wine is assembled. The wine is aged for 8 months in oak barrels.
The large size of the vineyard provides a rich diversity of soil that enables the winemaker to show original expressions.
Nose: Intense fruity nose with notes of morello cherry and mocha.
Colour: Deep ruby.
Palate: Elegant yet fruity wine with fine tannins and a persisting finish.

Ideal with tagines, ham soaked in port, duck fillet, roasted pork, game or Brie de Meaux.
