Traditional vinification in stainless steel vats using temperature control. Maceration lasts between 3 weeks to a month.
Origin
The Chateau La Pointe Bouquey covers 13 hectares of vines located near the village of Saint Emilion. The vineyards are planted with three different grape varieties; Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. The estate has been managed by the Pendenat family since the beginning of the 19th Century.

Clay with silt, sand with gravel, sand with silt.
Characteristics
Nose: Very expressive with fruity aromas and woody notes.
Colour: Deeply coloured with hues of purply blue.
Palate: Diverse followed by an elegant finish.
