Vinification :

The grapes are manually harvested. Traditional winemaking in temperature-controlled stainless-steel vats between 16°C and 18°C followed by a fermentation in bottles during 12 months before discharging 

Colour :

The wine shows a beautiful pale yellow colour with fine bubbles.

Nose :

Expressive with notes of white flowers and citrus. 

Palate :

Fleshy and fresh. .

Recommendations :

This wine will pair perfectly with a dessert, and will also pair with poultry or fish
