Virtual Wine Tasting - Wines from Finca Quara in Argentina with Alfredo Cohen

This is our Eighteen virtual wine tasting in which we will be showcasing three Argentinean wines from Finca Quara. 

Due to the fact that we cannot hold any face to face tastings currently, we are offering tastings online using the conferencing app Zoom.  We are thrilled to be joined at this tasting by Alfredo Cohen who is the export manager of Finca Quara in Cafayate in NW Argentina.  He will be talking in general about wine production in this high altitude area of Argentina, then he will guide you through three of their wines which you can taste alongside us in the comfort of your own home with the opportunity to ask questions. The wines being shown should demonstrate that in addition to producing excellent and varied Malbec, Argentina can also produces interesting white wines.  When the tasting selection has been purchased we will supply you with the appropriate log on details.

The three wines being shown at this tasting are - 

Quara Estate Torrontes - an indigenous white grape which grows best in Cafayate     

Quara Estate Malbec - easy drinking un-oaked Malbec  

Quara Special Selection Malbec - a more serious oaked style of Malbec
