Designation : Sancerre Blanc AOP

Grape varieties : 100% Sauvignon Blanc

Origin : Village appellation in the centre of France, part of the vineyards of the Loire, located on a hill overlooking the left bank of the Haute Loire.

Vinification : Traditional. The grapes are pressed after harvesting, and alcohol fermentation takes place at a low temperature (about 20° C). The wine is rapidly racked, filtered and bottled.

Soil : Chalky and flint stones.

Sensory characteristic : Colour : Pale yellow with green reflections.

Nose : Very aromatic nose of white flowers such as acacia, flint, citrus and exotic fruits.

Palate : A lively wine with a good harmony combining richness, liveliness and aromatic persistence.

Recommendations : Ideal with most white meats, poultry, fish, seafood, and matured cheese.

Serving condition in C° : 8 - 10°C

Alcohol content : 13.5
