The colour is crystal clear in appearance. The nose shows real fruit character. In the mouth, It reveals freshness, highlighting the fruity flavours. Very minerally and zesty on the finish.

Winemaking
Manual harvest followed by immediate soft pressing. Transfers of the must before fermentation are carried out under a protective carbonic gas atmosphere. Fermentation at low temperatures, typically 15° to 18°C in stainless steel vat. The wine is matured on the fine lees for several weeks with weekly pump overs.
Serving Suggestion
As an aperitif, Mediterranean salads, baked fish and Thai green curry.
