1904 marks the year in which Maison Arthur Metz was created.

Designation : Crémant d'Alsace BRUT

Location :  The vineyard stretches from the Lower Rhine to the Upper Rhine between the Vosges and the Plaine d'Alsace.

Soil: The Alsace region comprises a wide variety of terroirs, all different from one another

Grapes : A blend of Auxerrois, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir & Chardonnay

Vinification : The grapes are manually harvested at perfect maturity. Traditional method: bottle fermentation. Ageing on laths, which gives incomparably delicate bubbles and a generous sensation of smoothness.

Colour : Pale yellow, green reflections. Abundant foam with rapid and fine bubbles.

Nose : Expressive with notes of white fruits such as pear and apple

Palate : Frank attack, beautiful liveliness that continues on to a very pleasant finish. The taste is reminiscent of those flavours and smells detected on the nose. An elegant wine.

Drink : Perfect as an aperitif
