Louis Eschenauer Cinsault Rose 2019, Pays d'Oc

Vinification : The grapes are harvested when just ripe, crushed and left to soak for a few hours, then presssed gently. The juice is fermented with selected types of yeast at a regulated temperature which is kept fairly low. The wine is stored in tanks at a low temperature, and then racked, filtered and bottled.

Soil : Varied over the whole producing area

Colour : Very light rosé, clear and brilliant.

Nose : Very expressive, fruity, red fruit, strawberries, with very spicy notes.

Palate : Round and lively, rich and pleasing, with an after flavour of red fruit. Good persistence.

Food pairings : serve with cold meats, salads, grilled meat, barbecued meat, cheese, fondues, raclettes.

Serving condition in C° : 10 - 12°C.

Alcohol content : 12%
