Pale yellow colour with green hue. The intense bouquet displays white flowers scents: acacia, hyacinth and orange tree flowers. Crisp and fruity, smooth, it offers pleasant flavours of honeysuckle, ripe pear, but also peach, orange tree flower and citrus fruits. The finish is crisp and lively with a good length.

Soft pressing followed by static must settling and cold stabilisation. Fermentation in temperature controlled vats to maximize the fruits aromas and the freshness of the wine. The wine remains on the lees for three months with pumping over every 10 days after alcoholic fermentation is complete. The wine is gently fined and then 30% is aged in oak for 6 months. It is aged in bottle for a few months before release.
