A subtle, straw yellow colour. The wine has delicate, penetrating aromas of lemony fruit with some light floral notes. In the mouth it is dry, fresh and persistent with a fruity mid-palate and a slightly bitter, nutty finish.
Cantina Bonacchi, has been making fine Tuscan wines for three generations. The wines are produced from 40 hectares in the Chianti Montalbano and Chianti Classico area, as well as from 10 hectares divided between Montalcino and Sant'Antimo. They also own 20 hectares in the more recent Montecucco DOC. Modern technology and family expertise enables Bonacchi to offer excellent products from their four estates in Tuscany.

Simple Guyot trained vines.
Temperature controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks with the addition of carefully selected yeasts. The juice was left on its lees at a low temperature before being pressed and clarified.
An excellent match to chicken and rabbit as well as Tuscan seafood dishes such as Cacciucco alla Livornese.
