These attractively packaged wines show the kind of style that has put Chilean wines on the map over the past few years.

This winery is now at the forefront of modern winemaking in Chile, placing great emphasis on using non-invasive winery techniques so that the purest possible fruit can be expressed.

Wine maker, Constanza Schwarderer, concentrates on working in the vineyard in order to optimise the quality of the grapes produced. This is evident in these fruit-driven wines which show intense varietal character.

Grapes: 100% Sauvignon Blanc

Vinification: Picked early, last week of February, for fresh citrus as well as green herbal flavours. Some skin contact (25%) via cold maceration in press. Cold fermentations (11-13 degrees) in stainless steel to preserve freshness and acidity. No oak.

Tasting Notes: Light and delicate yellow in colour, with delicious aromas of melon, apple and grapefruit showing on the nose. The palate is equally as charismatic, with passion fruit and mineral characteristics appearing. Perfectly fresh and fruity.

Best enjoyed: Immediately, or within the next two years. Enjoy with good shellfish such as oysters or clams
