Grape Varieties: Riesling and Müller-ThurgauNotes: Piesporter Michelsberg is a very well known wine. The vines are grown on slate soil that is typical of the Mosel area. The fruity acidity, rather than alcohol, is the backbone of this wine and enhances its longevity.Serve: Chilled at 10 – 12C. Ideal with fish, white meats, poultry or cheese.Taste: A light, fresh, scented white wine. It has a hint of residual sweetness, balanced with a clean bite of fruity acidity.
