Kreuznacher Kronenberg Riesling Kabinett 2015

The Kreuznacher Kronenberg originates from the Nahe, situated between the Mosel and the Rhine. The wines from the Nahe vary considerably due to the different soil types. Rieslings from steep slopes where the soil is slatey are amongst Germany’s top wines. The even climate, warm summers and mild winters, is typical for this region.

Soil:                 Slate.

Serve:              Chilled at 11 to 14C to accompany poultry, ham pork or fish dishes. 

Also ideal as a light aperitif.

Taste:               The wine is labelled in a special blue – an old, traditional, Nahe colour.

                        The wine itself is fruity, fresh and elegant with a bouquet reminiscent of summer flowers.
