Vibrant flavours of grapefruit and bitter lemon with a lovely crisp and lingering finish.
The Sanz family have been wine growers for four generations. Javier now has 104 hectares of vineyard and an ultra-modern winery but he maintains that the key to outstanding wine is growing good grapes. He lives the traditional relationship between the grower and the vine.
Gravel soils, poor in organic matter and with good drainage.
Hand harvested and sorted, then fermented in stainless-steel vats. To prevent oxidisation, harvesting is done by night and inert gas blanketing of the grapes from vineyard to press is used.
Verdejo 85%, Viura 15%
