Opaque pale yellow. Bouquet of toasted oak and minerals with a dominance of tropical fruit. Engaging, elegant palate, perfectly balanced; fresh and round, lively yet smooth, full-bodied yet light and easy to drink. Long, attractive finish.

Immediate pressing after harvest in a pneumatic press. The must is allowed to setttle for 48 hours followed by cold stablisation (5°C). The wine is fermented on the lees in French oak barrels at a controlled termperature of 18°C to 20°C to preserve the freshness and aromas. Daily batonnage during the fermentation reduced to weekly afterwards.
As an aperitif or with fish and poultry dishes.
