Producer Details

The Coastal region of South Africa is renowned for its fine and expressive fruit, resulting in wines with depth and complexity. Thanks to longstanding relationships, they keep ahead of the competition when it comes to securing the best parcels of fruit now, when they are in so much demand.

In The Vineyard

Vines are mostly old bush vines (average age between 20-30 years), planted at a density of approx 3700/ha. Soils are deep red Paardeberg soil. No
irrigation is used on the vineyards and very little crop control is needed due to the age of the vines naturally restricting yield. All grapes are harvested by hand.

In The Winery

Produced only from free run juice and fermented on the skins in stainless steel tanks. The wine is left on the fine lees for an extended period for greater palate weight
and mouthfeel.

Food Recommendations

Perfect for picnics, or good with seafood and poultry dishes.
