Each grape variety in vinified separately. Cold maceration in thermoregulated tanks. Aged in French oak for 6 - 12 months.
Nose: Complex and intensely fruity
Colour: Lovely ruby-red colour with dark and intense reflections
Palate: Silky, fresh and mineral with aromas of ripe red fruits complemented by a hint of vanilla. Well-balanced with fine and elegant tannins. Beautiful long finish.
Food Pairing Recommendations
Ideal with lamb stew, venison, white meats and cheeses.
