Deep red colour with shiny tints. The nose is complex, both floral (violets) and fruity (red fruits, raspberries). Smooth in the mouth with a lot of fruit and spice. Very long aromatic finish with very soft tannins and a lot of depth.

All grapes are hand picked and then undergo carbonic maceration which preserve the integrity of the aromas to ensure a fruity style. Fermentation with temperature control (maximum 25°C). 20% of the wine is aged in French oak barrels before blending.
