The Opal Ridge range of wines have been successfully developed over a number of years. This is a good quality wine produced by Berton vineyards, which has designer labelling and competitive pricing. There are four different styles of wines produced under this label.

Grapes:     Shiraz (53.3%), Cabernet (39%), Merlot (5%), Sangiovese (2.3%) and Barbera (0.5%)

Viticulture: The grapes were sourced from some of Australia's finest areas, allowing each terroir to contribute its unique characteristics to the final blend

Taste:        Full of vibrant berries overlaid with chocolate and spicy notes. Fruity, with a touch of oak. Alc 14%, RS 4g/l

Serve:       Perfect with full flavoured pasta and meat dishes
