For more than 100 years the Delaunay family has produced and also acted as "négociant éleveurs" in Burgundy. Catherine and Laurent Delaunay, fourth generation of the family involved in wine, founded their own company "Badet Clément & Cie". With the aid of their family they decided to bring their experience and expertise as winemakers in Burgundy to this exciting area of the Languedoc region of southern France. Here they have created wines that express flair and individuality of the region.
Grapes: 100% Pinot Noir
Vinification: The grapes had traditional maceration in temperature controlled vats lasting 12 to 15 days, in order to preserve their fruit. The wine then underwent 100% malolactic fermentation.
Taste: Fresh primary berry fruit style of raspberries and strawberries with a rounded mellow flavour.
Serve: At room temperature with roast meets and cheeses.
