Following temperature controlled fermentation, the wine is macerated on the skins for 20 to 30 days. Ageing in oak (20% new) for 6 to 12 months depending on the vintage. Racked every 3 to 4 months and fined with egg whites before bottling.
Classically styled Bordeaux showing fleshy and warm notes on the palate. Smooth with balanced oak and a fine finish.
