The vines are between 50-60 years old Their wines have regularly won medals in competitions, and the 2001 vintage was awarded the "Coup de Coeur" in Guide Hachette.

Grape variety: 80% Grenache and 20% Mourvedre with a yield of 34H per hectare.

Harvest: This is started once the grapes are at a maximum maturity. The grapes are hand picked with a very tight selection in the vineyard.
