Chateau Roquecourbe lies in the north of the Corbieres area from the Black Mountain to the south of Aude.
The Carignan undergoes carbonic maceration while the other grape varieties are made into wine using traditional methods: a 10 day maceration at a controlled temperature (between 23 and 26 degrees) including the fermentation process. Vat ageing is used in order to develop fruit aromas.

Nose: Intense and fine nose of ripe red fruits.
Colour: Intense crimson-red colour with purple shades.
Palate: A well balanced body, fleshy, spicy with a strong taste with a long lingering finish.
