Typically ripe red fruit nose reminicent of cherries. The palate is equally as ripe, soft, fruity and very approachable with lingering plum and cherry flavours and soft round tannins.
Château Berjuquey, one of Bordeaux's most consistent estates is situated in Mérignas in Gironde. Lying at 45 degrees latitude, Bordeaux is considered relatively northerly and this estate enjoys ripening hours during the summer and the strong influences of the moderating maritime climate.
