Tandem is a very exciting new project, the brainchild of José Maria Fraile and Alicia Eyaralar, two of the leading lights in the Navarra winemaking scene. Totally committed to making the best wines in the region, Tandem is the perfect example of "New-Wave" Spain.
Tandem's vineyard philosphy is based around sustainable farming. Vines are trained using the Guyot method.
Fermentation temperature 30-31ºC. Cap plunging, no pumps. Malolactic fermentation in concrete vats where it is naturally fined settling down for 24 months. 18 months in French 300 litres oak casks.
Casseroles, red meat and game.
