This Sauvignon Blanc is sourced from producers within the Charented region, and the assemblage is made by the renowned house of Ackerman Remy Pannier. 

Grapes:             100% Sauvignon Blanc

Age of vines:     30 years

Vinification:      Traditional vinification is used in temperature controlled stainless steel.  No wood is used.

Taste:                Fresh with mineral notes, this wines has green and tropical fruit flavours with a lovely consistent flavours and length.  An excellent aperitif.
