A full flavoured, fine and precise Champagne with notes of toast, soft peach, a hint of liquorice and an opulent palate with a refined, silky finish.
Made from grapes grown on the most extensive estate in the region of 1,150 hectares. 50% of the grapes come from Grands Cru vineyards and 25% are from Premiers Cru vineyards. The soils are rich in chalk, imparting finesse and elegance to the wine.
Traditional vinification using the Méthode Champenoise.
A complex and luminous bouquet of white flowers, citrus and stone fruit is enhanced by the freshness of aniseed and crushed mint and culminates in spicy, woody and roasted notes. Its slender, minimalist and pure character shows pronounced and clear fruit. The 2008’s characteristic acidity is remarkably well integrated leading to an aromatic finish. This is an outstanding vintage.
Simply perfect with sushi, cheese or canapés
