Suiker Bossie Pinotage Petit Verdot 2010

Boer & Brit is the combination of winemakers Stefan Gerber, a great, great grandson of President Paul Kruger and Alexander Milner a great, great grandson of Field Marshall John French. These two have, more than a hundred years after the bitter rivalry of their forefathers, created Boer & Brit, a range of dynamic and exciting wines.

Grapes:                80% Pinotage / 20% Petit Verdot

Vinification:         100% steel tank fermentation preceded by a cold maceration ensures clean fresh varietal characteristics have been preserved.

Tasting Note:       Redcurrants, cranberry & raspberry crush, smoked bacon and menthol hints mingle with touches of white pepper and vanilla on the nose. The palette follows; a red fruit salad, rich and round, juicy and fresh with soft tannins.
